We want you to love your CrunchLabs gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Simply ensure all original tags are attached to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
